E-PAL PALLET, EURO PALLET

The logistics world would come to a standstill without the EPAL Euro pallet. The most widely-used exchange pallet in the world. It is mainly used in Europe. Around 450 - 500 million are currently in circulation.

  • 1. EPAL pallets safely cross borders all over the world.
  • 2. EPAL pallets guarantee smooth transport of goods.
  • 3. EPAL pallets ensure stable storage of goods.
  • TWO WAY PALLET

    The two pallet types has to do with forklift entry. Two-way pallets are only accessible to a forklift from two sides.

    As their name suggests, Two-Way pallets can be entered by a forklift truck either from their front or rear. They comprise three basic elements:

  • 1. Top deck boards;
  • 2. Bearers at the side’s;
  • 3. Bottom deck boards or baseboards.
  • Four way pallet

    4-way pallets are accessible from all four sides. 4-way pallet may be a better option because it simplifies storage and transport of the pallet by forklift. If cost is a bigger concern and there will be a limited amount of pallet movement.

    Four Way Wooden Pallets can be entered and lifted by the fork lift trucks from any of the 4 sides; and they comprised 3 basic elements:

  • 1. Top deck boards;
  • 2. Wooden blocks;
  • 3. Bottom deck boards.
  • Wooden Pallet

    A pallet is a flat transport structure, which supports goods in a stable fashion while being lifted by a forklift, a pallet jack, a front loader, a jacking device, or an erect crane. A pallet is the structural foundation of a unit load, which allows handling and storage efficiencies. Goods in shipping containers are often placed on a pallet secured with strapping, stretch wrap or shrink wrap and shipped. Since its invention in the twentieth century, its use has dramatically supplanted older forms of crating like the wooden box and the wooden barrel, as it works well with modern packaging like corrugated boxes and intermodal containers commonly used for bulk shipping.

    Wooden Crates

    A slatted wooden box or framework for packing, shopping, or storing fruit, furniture, glassware, crockery, etc. any completely enclosed boxlike packing or shipping case.

    We offer wooden crates - boxes made in our production according to your samples and sizes. It is delivered at the request of the customer in assembled or disassembled form. The crates or boxes has exceptional strength, because it is assembled with the use of screw nails and furniture bolts. This makes it possible to install in a height of up to 8 tiers.

    Wooden Box

    Boxes and crates are not the same. If the sheathing of the container (plywood, lumber, etc.) can be removed, and a framed structure will remain standing, the container would likely be termed a crate. If removal of the sheathing resulted in there being no way of fastening the lumber around the edges of the container, the container would likely be termed a wooden box. Wooden boxes are often used for heavy duty packaging when:

  • 1. high strength is needed for heavy and difficult loads
  • 2. long term warehousing may be needed
  • 3. large size is required
  • 4. rigidity is required
  • 5. when stacking strength is critical
  • Light Cardboard Box

    Cardboard boxes are industrially prefabricated boxes, primarily used for packaging goods and materials. Specialists in industry seldom use the term cardboard because it does not denote a specific material. The term cardboard may refer to a variety of heavy paper-like materials, including card stock, corrugated fiberboard, and paperboard. Cardboard boxes can be readily recycled.

    In business and industry, material producers, container manufacturers, packaging engineers, and standards organizations, try to use more specific terminology. There is still not complete and uniform usage. Often the term "cardboard" is avoided because it does not define any particular material.
